The force has awakened and it did not fail in becoming the talk of the town as avid fans and suddenly-fans flocked to the cinemas to watch the seventh of the Star Wars saga which is also the pilot episode of the Star Wars trilogy. The cast of The Force Awakens includes Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Peter Mayhew, Anthony Daniels, and Kenny Baker — all of whom are recurring actors for the same roles. This time, though, the new film was filled up with new actors like John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, and Daisy Ridley to name a few.
The epic space opera has successfully drawn a huge fan base to it over the past decade.
Portuguese illustrator Drumond has posted some of his projects based on Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The set is a mix of commissioned work and fan art, which he created using brushes, pencil, pen, parallel pen, indian ink, white acrylic and quick ink.
Drumond gives perfect attention and is sharply precise when it comes to his works, making them better than even the real thing. They’ve become the real thing and in our opinion, that’s really something to be proud of. But with clients as big as the NBA, who wouldn’t? Drumond has also worked with a number of magazines, newspapers, and some brands but is still looking to land some comic book projects.
Admit it! This illustration set on the Star Wars VII has indeed awakened the force and it’s definitely one for the books.
